Qualification Overview

The Qualifi Level 5 Extended Diploma in Education and Training Management is a comprehensive programme combining the Level 4 Diploma in Education and Training with advanced Level 5 units. This qualification is designed for individuals aiming to develop a strong foundation in education theory and teaching practice while progressing into education management and leadership roles. The programme focuses on areas such as behaviour management, lifelong learning, resource planning, educational leadership, reflective practice, and professional development. It prepares learners for teaching, training, and management positions in the education and training sector and provides a direct pathway to further study or employment. Note: Learners who complete only the Level 4 units may be awarded the Qualifi Level 4 Diploma in Education and Training.

Entry Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• For Level 4: A Level 3 qualification is recommended
• For Level 5: A Level 4 qualification is recommended
• Work experience in education or training (preferable but not mandatory)
• Non-native English speakers require IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent)
• International qualifications will be reviewed for UK equivalency
• Two references, at least one academic (preferred)
